All personalized artwork is made to order. Production and shipping times average 7-10 business days from approval of the artwork by the client.
Please provide only original images / content for personalized orders.
By submitting content (image) for a personalized artwork the customer claims full rights to the image and authorizes that it is licensed to be used by Live By Design Inspirational Artwork, LLC for the purposes of creating a personalized artwork for the customer. Submitting an image for a personalized order certifies that the customer is the owner of the original and maintains the rights to grant such permission. It further agrees that the customer has power to and so does authorize the agreement to model releases for any and all identifiable parties in the images provided.
Any images provided of minors (under 18) must be provided by the parent and / or with the parent’s consent to release the child’s image for use in a personalized artwork.
Model release forms may be required.
